PAMELR – Subscription Policy
OVERVIEW
By purchasing a product under a Pamelr selling plan, you agree to enroll in an automatic monthly subscription. Your selected payment method will be charged every thirty (30) days from the date of your initial purchase, unless and until you choose to pause or cancel your selling plan. All payment information is stored securely, and renewals occur automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Pamelr LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
MANAGING OR CANCELING YOUR SELLING PLAN
Customers may cancel, pause, or update their selling plan at any time by logging into their Pamelr account and selecting “Manage My Selling Plan.” Through your account portal, you may review all past and upcoming transactions and make changes to your subscription preferences.

Please note that for security and verification purposes, Pamelr does not cancel or modify subscriptions based solely on email requests. All changes must be completed through your account portal. Our support team can assist you via email with steps required to do so.
TIMING REQUIREMENTS
Any changes to your selling plan, including cancellation or pause requests, must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date to prevent the next charge from processing.
Requests made within seventy-two (72) hours of the next billing date may not take effect until the following cycle.
Pausing your selling plan temporarily suspends billing and shipments. When a paused plan is reactivated, billing will resume immediately, and your next shipment will be processed within the standard fulfillment timeframe.
BILLING AND RENEWALS
Selling plans renew automatically every thirty (30) days based on your original sign-up date. Each renewal authorizes Pamelr LLC to prepare, process, and ship your next scheduled order.
You acknowledge and agree that Pamelr is authorized to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal until the selling plan is paused or canceled in accordance with this policy.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Canceling a selling plan will stop future billing but will not result in a refund of any previous charges once an order has been processed.
If cancellation occurs after a renewal has been processed, the current month’s order will still be fulfilled, and your selling plan benefits will remain active until that shipment has been completed.
To avoid unwanted renewals or shipments, customers are responsible for canceling or pausing their selling plan prior to the seventy-two (72) hour cutoff window.
CUSTOMER BENEFITS AND PROGRAM ACCESS
Any benefits associated with an active selling plan—such as access to exclusive products, early launches, or loyalty rewards—remain valid only while your plan is active. Once a selling plan is canceled or paused, these benefits will be deactivated until reactivation.
Subscription Discounts
Any discounts or promotions tied to a subscription apply only while the subscription is active. If a subscription is canceled before the first order is fulfilled, the full product price may be charged.
Promotional Offers & Subscription Transitions
If you subscribe during a promotional event—such as a Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free sale—your initial order will reflect the promotional offer. After the first order, your subscription will automatically transition to the standard number of units based on the original purchase quantity:
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free: Future subscription orders will include 1 unit at the standard subscription price.
- Buy 2 Get 2 Free: Future subscription orders will include 2 units at the applicable subscription price.
This transition ensures continued delivery based on your original intent while aligning with our standard subscription pricing. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
